As a "partner" in the PDR (Purchase of Development Rights) program, Fayette County Neighborhood Council is asked to alert its members that the time for PDR funds applications has come.

Preserve your farm and guarantee the rural and agricultural areas that make Lexington special will be maintained for future generations.
If your Fayette County farm is 20 acres or larger, or can be combined to equal 20 or more acres, you may be eligible to receive financial compensation to protect your land from future development.
Applications for Agricultural Land Easement purchases will be accepted through Friday, October 29th and can be obtained at :
